E-mailroom
The CTO’s electronic mailroom is designed for the reception of electronic submissions within the meaning of Government Order No. 495/2004 Coll. implementing Act No. 227/2000 Coll., on Electronic Signature and on Amendment to Certain Acts, and Decree No. 496/2004 Coll., on Electronic Mailrooms.

Electronic Submission Options
- An e-mail message sent to podatelna@ctu.cz
- Use of a technical data carrier (diskette 1.44 MB, CD). The data carrier can be delivered to the mailroom of the Czech Telecommunication Office, Sokolovská 219, Prague 9. The days and hours when the CTO mailroom is open are:

| Tuesday, Thursday | 7:45 – 16:15 h |
| Friday | 7:45 – 14:45 h |
Your enquiries concerning the operation of the electronic mailroom can be sent to the electronic address of the mailroom or to the CTO’s delivery address.
Requirements for Electronic Submissions
Acceptable electronic submission formats: html, pdf, doc, xls, rtf.
One e-mail message (or one technical data carrier) may only contain one submission.
If a submission consists of more than one electronic document, the document representing the submission as such must be distinctly identifiable from the additional electronic attachments thereto.
The maximum total size of one electronic submission (including any attachments) is 5 MB.
