Office Activities related to ETSI
The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) in which competence is the creation of harmonised European Standards for telecommunications and radiocommunications together with connected problems.
The Czech Telecommunication Office is, as the representative of the Administrative of the Czech Republic in category “Administration” since the year 1993.
The Representatives of the Czech Telecommunication Office participate at sessions of General Assembly (GA) which is the supreme organ of the ETSI.
Among the competencies of the GA is, among other, to approve the changes to the Statutes and the Order of ETSI and the approval of the Strategic plans and the Financial Budget for the period is being done.
