15th Implementation Report
DG Information Society and Media of the European Commission is yearly publishing a "Progress Report on the Single European Electronic Communications Market”. This report describes the actual implementation of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services in all Member States of the EU. That is why it is known as the Implementation report.
