Other Measures (Act No. 151/2000 Coll.)
Other measures taken by the Czech Telecommunication Office in accordance with Act No. 151/2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on Amendment to Other Acts, as amended, will remain in effect, on the basis of the transition provision of Section 142(1) of the Act on Electronic Communications, for 12 months after the effective date of the Act on Electronic Communications, unless otherwise provided in that Act or unless they are repealed within the above period by an appropriate action taken under the same Act.
