On 22 April 2005, the Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 01/2005 setting out the list of telecommunication services with regulated prices valid for indicated sellers and buyers (both natural and juristic persons) of the telecommunication services indicated in this Price Decision, which came into effect on 25 April 2005.

The Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 05/PROP/2005 laying down the prices of interconnection of fixed public telecommunication networks for the provision of telecommunication services of users’ switched access to Internet services through an interconnection point, published in Volume 05/2005 of the Telecommunications Bulletin.

The Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 03/PROP/2005 laying down the method of computing the price of the unbundling of the local loop or any part thereof, and the maximum price of the unbundling of the local loop or any part thereof, published in Volume 5/2005 of the Telecommunications Bulletin.

The Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 04/PROP/2005 determining the maximum prices of public telecommunication network interconnection for the service of calls terminating in public fixed telecommunication networks, published in Volume 5/2005 of the Telecommunications Bulletin.

The Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 02/PROP/2005 laying down the method of computing the price of public telephone networks interconnection and the maximum price of public telecommunication network interconnection for the service of calls terminating in public mobile telecommunication networks.

On 24 February 2005, the Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 01/PROP/2005 laying down the method of computing the prices of public telecommunication networks interconnection for the provision of access from public mobile telecommunication networks to the virtual call card services. Although a correction was made in publishing the price decision, a mistake did occur in the indication of the effective date of the price decision in Article 4. The correct effective date of the price decision is 15 March 2005. We apologise for the mistake. So from today, the price decision is published with the correct date of its entry into effect.

On 1 April 2004, the Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 03/PROP/2004 laying down the computing method and the maximum monthly prices of interconnection of public fixed telecommunication networks for the provision of broadband access to Internet services and to other services using the ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) technology in the access network, published in Volume 5/2004 of the Telecommunications Bulletin.

On 22 December 2003, the Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 02/2003, repealing Price Decision No. 02/2002 of 1 October 2002 and Amendment No. 1 to Price Decision No. 01/2002 of 16 October 2002, published in Volume 1/2004 of the Telecommunications Bulletin.

On 4 November 2003, the Czech Telecommunication Office issued Price Decision No. 07/PROP/2003 laying down the method of computing the prices of interconnection of public fixed telecommunication networks for the provision of special tariff access to services provided on the Internet or on other data networks, published in Volume 12/2003 of the Telecommunications Bulletin.
