Numbering plans - archive

According to the transitional provisions of Section 136(12) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and amending certain related acts (the Act on Electronic Communications), the numbering plans issued according to Act No. 151/2000 Coll., on telecommunications and amending certain acts, as amended, remained valid even following the effect of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., i.e. after 1.5.2005, until the publication of a Decree according to Section 150(2) of the Act on Electronic Communications, which executes Section 29(4) of that act.

Decree No. 117/2007 Coll., on the Numbering Plans of Electronic Communications Networks and Services was published in the Collection of Law on 21st May 2007. This decree was settled by Ministry of Informatics according to Section 150(2) of Electronic Communications Act to implement Section 29(4) of the same Act.

This decree came into force on 1st July 2007 and annulled all numbering plans by Czech Telecommunication Office including its changes and amendments.
