RECOMMENDATION of the CTU on contract proposals with regard to providing publicly available electronic communications services

Based on an analysis of contractual documents which it undertook in relation to more than 40 of the biggest providers of publicly available electronic communication services, the Czech Telecommunication Office issued a comprehensive set of recommendations as to what can be deemed fair and unfair in contractual terms and conditions.
