Analyses of other markets

In this section, CTU publishes analyses of markets that are not included in the Commission Recommendation on relevant product and service markets within the electronic communications sector susceptible for ex ante regulation in accordance with Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services, and that are not listed in the Measure of General Nature No. 1, designating relevant markets in electronic communications, incl. criteria for assesing significant market power.
