Blocking of disinformation

The European Commission has published on its website a list of frequently asked questions and relevant answers regarding the implementation of Council Regulation (EU) 2022/350 of 1 March 2022 amending Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine. The CTU informed about the issue of this Regulation in the monitoring report and subsequently by a targeted alert to the professional public. As the Regulation is directly effective and the obliged persons include undertakings in electronic communications, the CTU has prepared an informal translation of this guidance from the European Commission.
