CALL for comments on draft decisions on the designation of undertakings with SMP based on the results of the analysis of market No. 1 – wholesale call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location
Based on Measure of General Nature No. A/S1/12.2022‑22, amending Measure of General Nature – Market Analysis No. A/1/04.2020-3, market No. 1 - wholesale call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location, CTU has prepared a draft decision to designate O2 Czech Republic a.s. as an undertaking with significant market power and a draft decision to withdraw the designation of CETIN a.s. as an undertaking with significant market power (hereinafter as “draft decisions”) in the relevant market concerned, to implement Section 51(6) and (9) of the Electronic Communications Act.
The results of the additional analysis were published on 21 December 2022 in Telecommunication Bulletin (12/2022) as a Measure of General Nature No. A/S1/12.2022-22.
In accordance with Section 130(1)(b) of the Electronic Communications Act, draft decisions shall be submitted for consultation with stakeholders.
Comments on the draft decisions shall be sent within 1 month after the day of the publication of this call.
Following the public consultation the comments will be settled, and the administrative authority will finalise the relevant administrative proceeding with stakeholders.
