CALL for comments on draft decisions on imposing or withdrawing obligations on undertakings with SMP on the basis of the results of the analysis of market No. 1 – wholesale call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location

On the basis of the Measure of General Nature No. A/S1/12.2022‑22, amending the Measure of General Nature – Market Analysis No. A/1/04.2020-3, market No. 1 - wholesale call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location, CTU has prepared a draft decision to impose obligations on O2 Czech Republic a.s. and draft decision to withdraw obligations on CETIN a,s, (“Draft decisions”) in the relevant market, to implement Section 51(6) and (9) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The results of the additional analysis were published on 21 December 2022 in Telecommunication Bulletin (12/2022) as a Measure of General Nature No. A/S1/12.2022-22..

In accordance with Section 130(6) of the Electronic Communications Act, comments on the draft decisions shall be submited within 30 days of the day of their publication.
