COMMUNICATION on issue of General Authorisation VO-R/12/03.2021-3 for the use of radio frequencies and for the operation of equipment for broadband data transmission in the 2,4 GHz - 71 GHz band

Czech Telecommunication Office (hereinafter „Office“) issued General Authorisation VO-R/12/03.2021-3 for the use of radio frequencies and for the operation of equipment for broadband data transmission in the 2,4 GHz - 71 GHz band to implement Section 9 and Section 12 of the Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts (the Electronic Communications Act), as amended (hereinafter “the Act”).

The General Authorisation is effective from 15 April 2021.  

CTU published this General Authorisation in the Telecommunication Bulletin No. 3/2021 on the web site of Public Administration Portal on 26 March 2021.
