COMMUNICATION on issue of the Measure of general nature No. OOP/13/06.2022-5 laying down the scope of the data required in an application for an individual authorisation to use radio frequencies

CTU issued the Measure of General Nature No. OOP/13/xx.2022-y, laying down the scope of the data required in an application for an individual authorisation to use radio frequencies, to implement Sections 9 and 12 of Act No.127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on amendments to certain related acts (Electronic Communications Act).

The measure of general nature shall come into effect on 1 July 2022.

The measure of general nature was published on 2 June 2022 in Telecommunication Bulletin (5/2022) on public administration portal.
