CTU issued Measure of General Nature, Part No. PV-P/13/07.2022-8 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the 10 - 12,5 GHz frequency band to implement Section 16 (2) of the Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts (Electronic Communications Act), as amended.

The Measure of General Nature is effective from 1 September 2022.
