COMMUNICATION on issue of Measure of General Nature, Part No. PV-P/4/08.2022-16 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the 33,4–39,5 GHz frequency band

Czech Telecommunication Office issued Measure of General Nature, Part PV-P/4/08.2022-16 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the 33,4 – 39,5 GHz frequency band to implement Section 16 (2) of the Electronic Communications Act. 

The Measure of General Nature is effective from 1 January 2023.
