COMMUNICATION on publication of General Authorisation No. VO-R/24/05.2019-4

The Czech Telecommunication Office (CTU) informs that for the execution of Art. 9 and 12 of the Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and amendment to certain related acts (Electronic Communications Act), it published as a measure of general nature the General Authorisation No. VO-R/24/05.2019-4 for the operation of equipment of infrastructure for transmitting radio signals inside tunnels, premises of buildings and trains.

The General Authorisation enters into force on 15 June 2019.

CTU has published this General Authorisation on 23 May 2019 in the Telecommunication Bulletin No. 5/2019 on public administration portal.
