CTU Report on results of monitoring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 for the period from 1 May 2019 and 30 April 2020

The Czech Telecommunication Office (CTU) as the national regulatory authority for electronic communications in the Czech Republic, has prepared, in accordance with Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120, a report on the results of monitoring compliance with the Regulation for the period from 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2020.

The report is prepared according to the BEREC Guidelines on the Implementation by National Regulators of European Net Neutrality Rules (particularly points 182 and 183). The published assessment is based on the findings and information collected and assesed by CTU within its powers.
