concerning an order to provide partial service under universal service - provision of public payphones or an equivalent technical solutions allowing access to publicly available telephone service pursuant Article 38(2)(e) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The Council of CTU issued a Decision ref. No. ČTÚ-24 028/2019-610/VI. vyř. amending decision ref. No. ČTÚ-41 366/2017-610/VI. vyř. from 7 November 2017 concerning an order to provide partial service under universal service - provision of public payphones or equivalent technical solutions allowing access to publicly available telephone service.

List of public payphones selected under universal service for 2020 is an intergral part of the Decision.
