The decision imposing the obligation to provide the partial service of universal service

The decision imposing the obligation to provide the partial service of universal service- access of disabled persons to publicly available telephone service, to the directory enquiry service and to directories, equivalent to the access enjoyed by other end users, specifically through special terminal equipment according to Section 38 paragraph 2 letter f) of the Electronic Communications Act.

The CTU Council issued the decision Ref. ČTÚ-64 180/2017-610/XI.vyř. on imposing the decision imposing the obligation to provide the partial service of universal service-access of disabled persons to publicly available telephone service, to the directory enquiry service and to directories, equivalent to the access enjoyed by other end users, specifically through special terminal equipment according to Section 38 paragraph 2 letter (f) of the Electronic Communications Act.
