CTU has published Measure of General Nature No. OOP/13/11.2022-21, repealing  Measure of General Nature No. OOP/13/07.2005-1 laying down the scope of the data required in an application for an individual authorisation for the use of radio frequencies, and Measure of General Nature No. OOP/13/04.2008-3, amending Measure of General Nature No. OOP/13/07.2005-1, laying down the scope of the data required in an application for an individual authorisation for the use of radio frequencies. This Measure of General Nature was published following the Measure of General Nature No. OOP/13/6.2022-5, laying down the scope of the data required in an application for an individual authorisation for the use of radio frequencies.
