Draft Basic Principles of the Tender for Granting the Rights to Use Radio Frequencies in the 700 MHz Frequency Band

Following the Decision (EU) 2017/899 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017, the frequency band 694–790 MHz ("700 MHz band") will be made available for terrestrial wireless broadband electronic communications services by 30 June 2020.
In order to ensure full transparency of the forthcoming tender, the Czech Telecommunication Office (CTU) prepared a draft basic principles of the tender procedure.
CTU invites all interested parties to submit their opinions or comments on the proposed principles by 15 June 2018 at the e-mail address aukce@ctu.cz.
CTU intends to organize a workshop with the experts to discuss received comments. CTU will announce the date and venue on its website.
