CTU Report on the results of monitoring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 for the period from 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018

In accordance with Art.5 paragraph 5 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 CTU as the national regulatory authority for the field of electronic communications worked out the report on the results of monitoring compliance for the period from 1 May 2017 to 30 April 2018.

When preparing the report, the CTU followed the BEREC Guidelines on the Implementation by National Regulators of European Net Neutrality Rules (particularly paragraphs 182 and 183) and the BEREC Questionnaire on National Implementation of the Regulation (EU) 2015/2120.
