COMMUNICATION on issue of Measure of General Nature, Part No. PV-P/6/06.2021-6 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the 1900 - 2200 MHz frequency band

Czech Telecommunication Office (hereinafter „CTU“) issued Measure of General Nature, Part PV-P/6/06.2021-6 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the1900–2200 MHz frequency band to implement Section 16 (2) of the Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts (the Electronic Communications Act), as amended (hereinafter “the Act”).

The Measure of General Nature is effective from 1 July 2021.
