Rejecting the switching request

It may happen that the switching request is rejected by the transferring provider if the transferring provider already has another switching order registered for the same verification code, if an invalid verification code has been transmitted or if the order does not contain the necessary data (verification code, identification of the receiving provider and expected date of the switching).

If the switching of service provider does not take place, even though all conditions have been met, you can raise a claim to the receiving provider, in case of delays with the switching you can demand lump-sum compensation and, of course, you can contact CTU.
