The owner and operator of the internet site http://www.ctu.eu je Český telekomunikační úřad, as, which complies with the law. No 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, is entitled to exercise property rights to these websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

PThe Operator owns all copyrights to all content that the Operator places on http://www.ctu.eu, including text, site design, technical sketches, graphics, all images on this site as well as selection and how to organise files contained on these pages.

The Rights and Obligations of the Operator and the users when using these sites are governed by these Rules. These Rules apply to all persons who visit this site (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). User agrees to these Rules by entering any of the Operator's web pages or by using any information placed on the Operator's website.

Passing of personal data

The operator cooperates with companies that provide them with various services. These companies, if they are authorised to do so, may handle the User's personal data, and only use this information to perform their duties and may not use them for any other purpose. The Operator does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties.

However, the Operator reserves the right to use or transmit any information that will be required to comply with the law, to protect the integrity of the network, to meet the User's requirements, or to conduct a judicial investigation and an investigation in the public interest.

Accessibility Statement

The web site operator declares that this site is seeking maximum accessibility of all content and functionality for all Internet users.

The content page of the presentation is created by XHTML 1.0 Strict, the visual presentation page then using CSS2.

Flash animations used have only an illustration function, pages and their content are accessible without Flash technology support. Any information shared in an animated form is also available in text form via a link near the animation.
