COMMUNICATION on issue of General Authorisation VO-R/24/07.2022-14 for the operation of equipment of infrastructure for transmitting radio signals inside tunnels, premises of buildings and trains

CTU issued General Authorisation No. VO-R/24/07.2022-14 for the operation of equipment of infrastructure for transmitting radio signals inside tunnels, premises of buildings and trains to implement Section 9 and Section 12 of the Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts (the Electronic Communications Act), as amended.

The General Authorisation is effective from 1 September 2022.  

CTU published this General Authorisation in the Telecommunication Bulletin No. 7/2022 on the Public Administration Portal on 28 July 2022. .
