COMMUNICATION on issue of Measure of General Nature No. OOP/21/07.2022-12, laying down the scope of data on individual authorisations for the use of radio frequencies excluded from access

CTU issued the Measure of General Nature No. OOP/21/07.2022-12, laying down the scope of data on individual authorisations for the use of radio frequencies excluded from access, to implement Sections 9 and 12 of Act No.127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on amendments to certain related acts (Electronic Communications Act).

The measure of general nature shall come into effect on 1 July 2022.

The measure of general nature was published on 1 July 2022 in Telecommunication Bulletin (6/2022) on public administration portal.
