General authorisation is a measure of a general nature issued by CTU which determines the conditions of undertaking communication activities relating to all or certain types of electronic communications networks and services and to operating devices. CTU is authorised to issue the general authorisation for the provision of electronic communications networks and associated facilities, for the provision of electronic communications services, for the operation of devices and for the use of radio frequencies for which no individual authorisation does not have to be granted.
General authorisations for the provision of networks and electronic communication services are denoted "VO-S/...".
General authorisations for the operation of devices and for the use of radio frequencies are denoted "VO-R/...".
