COMMUNICATION on issue of Measure of General Nature, Part No. PV-P/2/10.2020-10 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the frequency band 24.25–27.5 GHz

Czech Telecommunication Office (hereinafter „Office“) issued Measure of General Nature, Part No. PV-P/2/10.2020-10 of the Radio Spectrum Utilisation Plan for the frequency band 24.25–27.5 GHz to implement Section 16 (2) of the  Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on Amendment to Certain Related Acts (the Electronic Communications Act), as amended (hereinafter “the Act”).

The Measure of General Nature is effective from 15 November 2020.
