When can the transferring provider claim payment for early termination?

In case the contract with consumer or natural person acting as entrepreneur should end before the agreed duration of the contract within three months of its conclusion. In this case, the reimbursement shall not exceed one twentieth of the sum of the monthly lump sums remaining until the end of the agreed duration of the contract or one twentieth of the sum of the minimum agreed monthly benefits remaining until the end of the agreed duration of the contract. The amount of the reimbursement is calculated on the amount paid during the term of the contract. At the same time, both the consumer and natural person acting as entrepreneur are obliged to pay the costs associated with the device provided to them on preferential terms.
