Before the switching of Internet access service provider analyse the situation

Check which services you are using, whether they are part of a bundled service and whether the provider you are leaving (transferring provider) can charge you for early termination. Find out whether other providers offer services in your area and under what conditions.

Choose a new service provider

Prepare a verification code for switching of Internet access service provider, which is found in your contract and which will be needed for the switch.

Start the switching of the service provider

Ask the selected provider to arrange the switching. Give them the authentication code and they will arrange a date for switching.

The process of switching between service providers is ongoing

The transferring provider shall continue to provide its Internet access service until the receiving provider activates its internet access service. Loss of service during the switching process shall not exceed one working day.

After successful or unsuccessful switching of Internet access service provider
